TERMS & CONDITIONS: The initial term of this contract shall be as follows: CHOOSE YOUR PAYMENT OPTION (Check box):

$300, 90 Minute Evaluation. Includes consultation, assessment and training plan at our training center in Campbell. (In person)

$195 Hourly Rate: Follow up sessions on an as needed basis to complete the training plan at an hourly rate of $195 once initial evaluation is complete (In person)

$95 Live Online Session: Includes 45 minute video recording of session and any video follow up from trainer.

$150 Day Training, 3 hour drop off at our training center in Campbell with a trainer to work on specific training goals. Must book a minimum of two sessions. (Drop off)

Other fees for additional services will apply (training tools that the trainer may have for sale to implement the training plan). Any additional visits made or services performed outside of the above agreed upon payment plan, shall be paid for at the hourly contract rate of $195 per hour (in person) or $95 per 45 minutes live video online.

A. Trainer agrees to provide the services stated in this contract in a reliable, caring and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof, the client expressly waives and relinquishes any and all claims against said Trainer/Company except those arising from negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the Trainer/company.

B. Client understands this contract also serves as an invoice and takes full responsibility for PROMPT payment of fees upon first day of services

C. Client understands that there will be no refunds for any hours not completed during training plan implementation due to client’s lack of availability, hiring another trainer or hardship. Follow up sessions expire if not booked within 90 days from the last session, unless otherwise agreed upon between both parties.

D. Should Trainer be bitten or otherwise exposed to any disease or ailment received from Client’s animal, it will be the client’s responsibility to pay all cost and damages incurred by the victim that might otherwise not be covered under trainers/companies insurance.

E. Trainer/Company reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time before or during its term.

F. If Online Training is purchased, client understands that all recordings and videos shared is the property of the trainer. No videos or recordings shall be shared with outside parties without the written consent of the trainer.
